CEO
Mike is a highly respected entrepreneur and visionary leader with decades of experience in real estate, business development, and corporate leadership. Known for founding the nation’s largest tobacco chain, Mike’s strategic foresight has led SHG to oversee hundreds of millions in annual revenue. His deep industry knowledge and leadership have made him a pioneer in both retail and hospitality.

Dylan Straka
CFO
With a background in mergers & acquisitions, Dylan is a results-driven finance executive with years of experience in privately held middle-market companies. He specializes in integrating financial systems, budgeting, reporting, and strategic planning to maximize cash flow and reduce risk.

Jonathan Welzel
CMO
Jonathan brings two decades of marketing and sales expertise across industries. As the former owner of a marketing agency, he led high-impact campaigns for real estate and hospitality clients. He excels in brand development, customer acquisition, and loyalty strategies.

Director of HR
Rhodonna oversees HR operations for thousands of employees across 250+ locations. She has extensive experience in compliance, performance management, and talent development, driving retention, productivity, and engagement across the organization.

Andrew Belcher
IT Support Manager
Andrew manages SHG's technology infrastructure. He’s led major IT transitions, including POS upgrades and cybersecurity improvements, ensuring seamless operations across all properties and systems.
